Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure appointments are confirmed and to reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have established the following policy. Providing timely notice allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled or canceled without a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee of the total service price. If you fail to show up or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. This helps us maintain an efficient schedule and serve all clients fairly. Thank you for your understanding. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and treated as a no-show, with the 50% no-show fee applied.
