Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have implemented a booking fee policy to ensure that our clients appointments are confirmed and to minimize last-minute cancellation or no-shows. By providing us with sufficient notice, you allow us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for availability. When scheduling an appointment, we kindly request a booking fee to secure your desired timeslot. This fee serves as a commitment from both parties, and will be applied towards the total cost of your service. We understand the unexpected things happen, if you need reschedule your appointment you have until 48 hours before appointment to let us know and then the booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment time. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hour notice, the booking fee will be NOT be refunded. Not showing up to scheduled appointments will be considered no show and your booking fee will NOT be refunded. LATE POLICY: We have a 15 minute late grace period, after that it is considered a no show and booking fee will NOT be refunded
